They were friendly enough, and when I had a question the staff was nice about it, so I can’t really complain too much there. It just kind of took longer than I thought it would to hear back, and I ended up having to follow up, which was a little annoying but not a huge deal. Overall it wasn’t bad service or anything, just not as smooth as I was hoping. I’d probably use them again, I just hope next time they’re a bit faster with replies.

I’ve ordered this a few times now, and it’s been fresh and tasty each time. At this point, I kind of know what to expect when it shows up.

I mean, the prices are fine if you already like Kona and know what you want, but I wouldn’t say it feels like some amazing deal. A few things seem a little overpriced, and once shipping gets added, small orders just don’t feel worth it. It’s not terrible or anything, but yeah, average value in my opinion.

Bottom line, I’d give it 4 stars. I had a good time browsing the beer selection on konabrewingco.com. They’ve got a nice mix of lighter beers and some with more flavor, so it didn’t feel like the same thing over and over. It was easy to find the classics, and I also came across a few I hadn’t tried before. My only small complaint is that I wish there were more seasonal options listed, but overall it’s a solid place to check out their beers.

I stopped by the taproom hoping for a chill drink, and at first it had a really nice laid-back vibe. The decor was cool too, so it definitely made a good first impression. The staff looked like they were running around trying to keep up, but they were still friendly when we talked to them. After a little while though, the place filled up fast and got loud, so it wasn’t quite as relaxing as I’d hoped. The beer was decent, but the seating felt a bit tight once it got crowded. Overall, it was an okay visit, not bad at all, just not one of those places I’d rave about either.

We did the Kona Brewing tour while we were on vacation, my first impression wasn’t great. It felt a little unorganized at the start, which kind of put me in a bad mood right away. The place itself is nice and the staff were friendly, so that helped, but the actual tour felt rushed and basic. I was expecting to see more of the real brewing process instead of just getting a quick overview. The tasting at the end was definitely the best part. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but for the price, I was hoping for a bit more...

The wait wasn’t bad at all. The staff was moving like they were on a mission, and the orders came out so smoothly it felt almost suspiciously effortless. Quick service overall, and I left pleasantly surprised.

I feel a little embarrassed saying this because I really wanted to like the place, but the food just didn’t do much for me. I ordered a burger and it came out kind of dry, and the fries tasted like they’d been sitting around for a bit. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not very fresh.
The beer was fine, so at least there was that, but for what I paid I was expecting the meal to be better. Maybe I just showed up on an off day, but I don’t think I’d order food here again

I picked up a few Kona beers thinking they’d be fun and refreshing, and I was kind of excited at first. But after trying them, I was let down. They tasted flat to me, almost watery, and I kept waiting for more flavor that just never showed up. Maybe I hyped them up too much, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but for the price the quality felt average. I finished them, but I don’t think I’d grab them again anytime soon

I usually find the beers I’m looking for here. Most are in stock, most of the time, though not always every single one.

I had a small issue with my order and emailed support, expecting the usual runaround. But they got back to me quickly and were actually nice about it, which almost made me wonder what kind of secret customer service operation they’ve got going on behind the scenes. No endless back and forth, no weird hoops to jump through, they just fixed it. Really happy with how it all turned out.
